Getting additional content and monitoring of ongoing TV shows is managed with Overseerr. (note the double r) If you are a user on PLEX you already have the ability to access overseerr with your PLEX credentials. If there is a Movie or TV show we don't have, use Overseerr to ask for it.

Your pre-existing PLEX account is used for authentication with Overseerr. If you have a PLEX account, you have an Overseerr account.
To request new content please first check if we have the content. The best way to do this is in the Overseerr search function. Search for your Movie or TV show. In the search window the returned result will have a green check-mark if we already have it.
Sometimes stuff happens. Movies can be in the wrong language, or its a cam-rip and someones head is in the shot. If you notice these or other issues please submit a ticket at https://overseerr.murray-cloud.com. The admin team will get to it and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
PLEX does have some rudimentary issue tracker in the PLEX interface. Please DON'T use this. Overseerr is much better.
Use of Overseerr automatically enrolls your PLEX account email into update emails. You will be notified of new requests when they are requested, newly added content being availible and updates to any issues tickets. Please take a moment and configure your email client to filter these emails in a way that makes sense to you. You will receive these emaisl from notficaitions@murray-cloud.com
