Currently, shelfarr has its own, private database for user accounts. There is no 'self-signup' currently. To sign-up, notify an admin and request an account. They will provide you a username and password. Please login and change your password right away.
shelfarr is only accessible via the web, so use your favorite browser.
You can reset your password in the web GUI. Login, Go to your profile on the upper right, then select "change password".
To request a new book, please first check if we have the book! There are several libraries in ABS so verify the genre of the book and the library you are searching match.
Any "needs attention" or failures will be handled by the admins.
Audiobooks download speed is highly dependent on their popularity and age. New, popular books have many seeds and will download fast while books that are older or unpopular may take weeks to download. Please be patient. Especialy esoteric books may not download at all and will need to be purchased.
Check back regularly. The status of your request will be marked. Or keep an eye on the discord channel for updates.
It may take some manual work on the back-end to complete the download. So please be patient and thank your admins for their effort.
